Tunnel Mountain Resort features suites, condos, and mountain cabins suitable for couples or groups. Superior Suites in the Tunnel View Building offer options of one king and one queen bed or one queen and two twin beds, stand-up showers, air conditioning, and a kitchenette with a double burner cooktop, microwave, toaster, and wet bar. Studio Condos in the Rundle View building enter through the bedroom area and include a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony. One Bedroom Condos are on the first floor of the four-plex building and have a private bedroom with a queen bed, full kitchen, and a wood-burning fireplace. Mountain Cabins have a master bedroom with a queen bed, full kitchen, full bathroom, living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and an upstairs loft with two double beds. Two Bedroom Suites have two queen beds, a kids' loft with two single beds, a full kitchen, a living area with a fireplace, and a private balcony with a BBQ. Select rooms are pet-friendly, with a $30 pet fee per night.

The Tunnel Mountain Resort features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, and complimentary newspapers. Guests can use the indoor pool, sauna, and steam room located off the lobby area. The resort is near the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity (2 km), Banff Park Museum National Historic Site (2 km), and Lake Minnewanka (2 km). All visitors to Banff National Park require a National Park entry pass.

All condos and suites have at least a kitchenette, including a stove, microwave, mini-fridge, and utensils for four people.
